Lukasz has dedicated the last 20 years to delivering unique hotel projects. Prior to forming Molo Group Lukasz was Managing Director of one of the World’s largest modular companies. Lukasz resides in Switzerland and has overseen the growth of Molo Group to a leading developer, owner and operator of memorable hotels. Lukasz leads by example with quick decision making and dedication to innovation.

Marcin has been delivering innovate hotel projects for over 15 years. His work in pioneering modular technology and attention to detail has ensured the successful growth of Molo Group. A resident of Switzerland, Marcin oversees the operations of our modular and furniture factories, and the delivery of ground breaking construction and fit-out projects.

Ross is a Chartered Surveyor, Chartered Construction Manager, Graduate of Architecture and Member of the Institute of Hospitality. He has worked in the development and management of hotels for 30 years, and with Molo Group since its inception. His creativity and leadership have enabled Molo Group to deliver highly efficient hotels with teams that exemplify excellence.

Piotr is an experienced lawyer and member of the Legal 500 Hall of Fame. A resident of Switzerland, Piotr contributes his skills in oversight and compliance to Molo Group. Since the inception of Molo Group, Piotr has been responsible for ensuring compliance across the various jurisdictions in which Molo Group operates. Piotr is an internationally recognised lawyer and portfolio manager who provides unique expertise to Molo Group.
